National Insurance Number Card
To get for Insurance number you will need to ring this number 0845 600 0643 and book an appointment, where they will check the veracity of your documents and asking some questions.
Bank Account
Most banks only accept to open the account with one of the following documents: the employment contract, employment statement or prove of address.
But, if you have the driving license from any EU country, you can try open a Bank account, because some of them accept the drive licence as proof of address.
